If you looked up the word "state" .... you'll find these are sovereign nations.  These States that band together and united ... and you better get the high sheriff and ORDER BP out of here ... get your own national guard and sheriff and get a POSSE

The state's will need to create their own money too.  This can be done by creating "tax stamps"  -- like food stamps, only negotiable -- can be used like money -- but instead of being used to buy food, they will go out of existence when they are used to pay state taxes and property taxes.  The states can spend them into existence or distribute them as emergency purchasing power check to keep the state economy going. 

People will transact with them, knowing that they will always have value from their being legal state tender for taxes in the state.  Grocery stores will receive them and grocery stores will be able to pay food growers and utility companies and transporters with the money. 

The money will have a multiplier effect just as any new money injected into the circular flow of the economy will have. 

The only downside is that it violates federal legal tender laws.  So the governors are going to have to be on our side and they are going to have to be willing to go against International Organized Crime's henchmen in Washington D.C. 

That will be easier if the solution gets well established in the public mind as the only workable solution that can save American families. etc. 

I really recommend this.  It goes way the heck beyond what Ellen Brown is talking about, as good as I believe her ideas usually are. 

Every city and every state should have its own "thin air" debt-free script tender -- worth more than gold  because it will increase production instead simply gold's command in buying the last trickle of dying production.
